The romance rages on for Rihanna and Chris Brown, who spent Wednesday night at a Kanye West concert at Spotlight Live, a hip Times Square restaurant, a karaoke bar - and possibly the bedroom! Yeah!

One day after Rihanna helped Brown celebrate his 19th birthday at a Manhattan club (his actual b-day was May 5) the pair got even more HOT and affectionate in plain view of other concert-goers.

Chris Brown draped his arm around Rihanna, 20, as the two flirted, danced, clapped and sang along to the short concert. As Kanye West left the stage, Rihanna leaned over and - OMFG - planted a big kiss on Brown.

The couple then hung out with some friends in back.

OGLING AWAY: Officially, Chris Brown and Rihanna are on the DL, but one can only deny such an obvious, sexy relationship for so long, people.

An hour after the concert, music’s smoldering new couple retreated out the back door, posing for pictures - but only separately.

Chris Brown and Rihanna both stopped when fans asked to take photos with them, but they declined to be photographed together.

Although they’ve been spotted hooking up from Les Deux to Europe to the Caribbean - including a romantic vacation in Jamaica in February - Brown and Rihanna won’t publicly confirm their love.

Earlier this month, Rihanna shared the most information yet when she told Elle Magazine that she and Brown had become “very close.”

According to celeb news sources, Britney Spears and Mel Gibson are headed to Costa Rica, where they will enjoy a hot vacation together!

Hot, in the literal sense. It’s the tropics!

There’s nothing salacious about the trip, however. The singer’s father, Jamie Spears, and Gibson’s wife, Robin, will also be there.

“They’re just going away for a few days to relax,” says a source.

The group plans to stay at the home the Gibsons own in Costa Rica, and are planning on returning to California early next week.

Britney Spears and Mel Gibson have more in common than fame and vehicular troubles - they’re going on vacation to Costa Rica together!

The unlikely pair were first spotted together back in mid-March when they dined at Russian restaurant Romanov in Studio City, Ca.

But it wasn’t their first meeting.

Mel Gibson, Britney Spears and their respective families met a number of times after the pop star was hospitalized in February.

“Mel and his wife Robin clearly saw a woman in crisis and wanted to extend themselves in any way possible,” a source said.

They used to be neighbors when the singer lived in Malibu.

“There are no expectations, there is no agenda,” the source said. “This is simply an act of human kindness. One neighbor reaching out to the other.”

Someone we don’t foresee Britney’s current neighbor, George Clooney, making similar overtures after the chaos earlier this year.

A mystery blonde seen getting cozy with Tony Romo at Chicago club Manor over the weekend is named Lindsay. Pics of her appear below.

Lindsay is a former “sorority girl” who “just graduated Michigan State and has a steady boyfriend,” a source told Us Weekly. Scandalous!

“She only met Tony at the club. She’s gorgeous and very social so it was likel that his entourage wanted to hang with hers.”

The same night Romo partied in Chicago, Jessica Simpson was drinking away her sorrows in L.A. She apparently got rather drunk and pathetic.

Meanwhile, the debate over whether Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo are broken up or not continues.

The Dallas Morning News says they’re dunzo:

“After taking several oaths not to divulge my sources, two people close to Tony and Jessica have told me that the glam couple is splitsville, kaput, over, stick a fork in it,” writes the News‘ Allan Peppard.

But Wednesday, Jessica’s rep shot that down, telling E! Online:

“Not true, not true! I spoke to Jessica yesterday and the day before. She and Tony are still together.”

E! also cites an anonymous source as saying Tony Romo will be her date this weekend to the wedding of Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz.

Romo told the Morning News yesterday simply:

“I’m not talking about Jessica!”

Shayne Lamas won the final rose on the The Bachelor Monday when Matt Grant got down on one knee and proposed to the 22-year-old fame-seeking ditz aspiring actress with a 2.85-carat Tacori platinum and diamond eternity ring.

The soon-to-be-wed couple spoke to Us Weekly about falling in love on reality TV, e-mailing 50 times a day and their wedding plans:

Us: Let’s talk about the happy news and how you’re feeling. Matt what made you choose Shayne on The Bachelor finale?

Shayne Lamas and Matt Grant: Together for at least a few months.

Matt Grant: Well, from really early on it was obvious that Shayne and I had chemistry, a natural rapport. Everything was just always a pleasure to be around her. I always at ease and it always felt that we were at ease. If anything, it was just almost the point feeling negative from it was that she’s too good to be true. It’s funny cause I kept saying to myself, off set, at my hotel, it’s almost too good to be true - quite the negative. I realized there really wasn’t any that we did just spin it. It’s just kind of funny when you don’t expect that when you meet someone on reality TV.

Shayne Lamas: I feel the same way.

Us: Obviously the chemistry between you two was pretty obvious throughout the entire the series, I would say. How are you both feeling now?

Shayne Lamas: I think that I’m just excited for us to be public and everybody could know, friends and family. We’ve been so secret with our lives the past two months that I think we’re just excited that it’s over. We can be public and together and go walk our dogs down the street together and go to the grocery store, do simple things in life that we really haven’t been able to do because we’ve been sequestered on rendezvous’, you know, stuck in houses. I think that’s what I’m most excited about.

Matt Grant: Yeah, definitely. It’s just starting a life together properly. The period up until now, the two months that we’ve been undercover and having to live this secret relationship and it’s been good in many ways because it’s just really made us appreciate and realize what we have. It’s just really built our relationship, made it even stronger actually.

Shayne Lamas: I think if you can be stuck in a house with somebody for over 72 hours and not be able to walk out the front door, you’re good.

Us: That is the truth test of a relationship.

Shayne Lamas: That is definitely! Without ripping each other’s heads off!

Matt Grant: With the pressures of the show going out as well and everything else and all of the external pressures as well, you really put [inaudible] again. It really made both of the sweet life and probably good for the occasion sometimes. I know I just sort of come away, me in the car driving away from where we’ve been and just think, “Thank God, I’m so lucky to have met this woman.” I really felt just so grateful that someone had enabled me to meet her. I know that sounds really cheesy, but it’s genuinely how I felt.

Shayne Lamas: Aww baby that is so sweet! I love you.
